This privacy policy describes how Small Biz Cyber Guide (“the site,” operated by Christopher Smith) handles information when you visit smallbizcyberguide.com. The site is published by Northline Digital LLC.

What this site is

The site is a static informational site with buyer guides. It does not require you to create an account to read content.

Information we may collect

• Server and CDN logs: Hosting providers (for example Cloudflare Pages) typically log IP address, user agent, referrer, and request times for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you for marketing unless required to investigate abuse.
• Analytics (if enabled later): If privacy-respecting analytics are added, this policy will be updated to name the tool and what it collects.
• Email subscriptions: If you sign up for the checklist or updates, your email address is collected and stored by Kit (our email provider) so we can send the checklist and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails. Downloading the checklist PDF on the site does not require an email signup.
• Email you send us: If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you include in that message so we can reply.
• Affiliate and outbound links: Clicking an affiliate or vendor link takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy practices. Those sites may set cookies or track referrals.
